Micha Owens
Micha Owens grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, where she developed a lifelong love for softball at an early age. That passion for athletics led her to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from Florida State University, providing a strong foundation for her future work in health and wellness.
In 2003, Micha moved to Los Angeles to explore new life experiences in the art world. During her time there, she gained valuable personal and professional insight, but ultimately felt called back to her true passion—helping others improve their lives through wellness. In 2007, she relocated to Pensacola, Florida.
Micha completed her Master’s degree in Physical Education in 2011 and soon after began working alongside Dr. Mitchell. For the past 14 years, she has been an integral part of the Pensacola Wellness team, helping patients make meaningful, sustainable lifestyle changes that support long-term health and well-being.
